We created Symmetrie to be the perfect home for the beauty professional who wants to build something of their own, but doesn't want to do it alone.

We provide the beautiful space, the perks, the vibes, and the support to build the kind of career that fits your life.

Our Culture

At SYMMETRIE, we wanted to build a salon that feels welcoming, calm, and genuinely supportive. A space where your clients feel comfortable, inspired, and cared for the moment they walk through the door.

We cheer each other on, communicate respectfully, and leave drama at the door. The energy in our space matters, and we protect it fiercely.

We all have lives outside of the salon, and flexibility is important to us. We believe your career should support your dream lifestyle, not compete with it. Success to us, looks like building something meaningful while still having time for family, rest, creativity, and real life.

We have big goals here. We care deeply about creating beautiful work, meaningful experiences, and helping people feel more like themselves when they leave our space. We’re always growing, individually and together, but never at a pace that feels frantic.

We’re kind of obsessed with branding and business around here. Come with a blank slate, partially built, or completed brand and we will meet you where you are. Need a little inspiration and brainstorming help? Coffee date it is. Need help with social? On it. Need a branding shoot? LOVE. SEO? Love more. Need a full blown branded website to attract your favorite humans to your chair so your dream job also involves your dream clients? Our favorite.

Our rates are designed to fit exactly what your full life needs, no more and no less! Monthly rates are based on number of days a week worked, no part time or full time.

Monthly Rate

1 day per week - $320 per month
2 days per week - $490 per month
3 days per week - $645 per month
4 days per week - $815 per month
5 days/exclusive use of a station - $1060 per month

There is an endless supply of encouragement from our owners and coworkers to build our business but also to always maintain a healthy work/life balance and put our health and happiness first. Hi! We’re Elizabeth & Brooklyn, welcome to our favorite place. We have both been building business and community in this beautiful industry for 14+ years (each) and couldn’t imagine being without it. We are both wives and moms who know that balance is ever elusive and our careers should be enabling our home life. Not the other way around. We have always had (and always will have) big goals for Symmetrie and the people within, but our priority is supporting our team and helping them build exactly what they need. Whatever that looks like, in whatever phase of life they are in.
