Our Mission

We grow beauty brands by teaching all aspects needed to grow a purposeful career that enables a thriving home life. We teach to a fully formed business. Specialized skills, client connection, marketing, continuing education and community support.

Our Culture

At SYMMETRIE, we wanted to build a salon that feels welcoming, calm, and genuinely supportive. A space where your clients feel comfortable, inspired, and cared for the moment they walk through the door.

We’re collaborative, not competitive. We cheer each other on, communicate respectfully, and leave drama at the door. The energy in our space matters, and we protect it fiercely.

We all have lives outside of the salon, and flexibility is important to us. We believe your career should support your dream lifestyle, not compete with it. Success to us, looks like building something meaningful while still having time for family, rest, creativity, and real life.

We have big goals here. We care deeply about creating beautiful work, meaningful experiences, and helping people feel more like themselves when they leave our space. We’re always growing, individually and together, but never at a pace that feels frantic.

Our town -

Our rates are designed to fit exactly what your full life needs, no more and no less! Monthly rates are based on number of days a week worked, no part time or full time.

Monthly Rate

  • 1 day per week - $320

  • 2 days per week - $490

  • 3 days per week - $645

  • 4 days per week - $815

  • 5 days/exclusive use of a station - $1060

From the Owners

Hi! We’re Elizabeth & Brooklyn, welcome to our favorite place. We have both been building business and community in this beautiful industry for 14+ years (each) and couldn’t imagine being without it. We are both wives and moms who know that balance is ever elusive and our careers should be enabling our home life. Not the other way around. We have always had (and always will have) big goals for Symmetrie and the people within, but our priority is supporting our team and helping them build exactly what they need. Whatever that looks like, in whatever phase of life they are in.

What’s next?

If our goals, clientele, and cultures align, we will extend a lease offer and welcome you to our team shortly thereafter!
